HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY JUDY!!!

A beautiful family friend has celebrated her 60th birthday! We joined her and her closest for lunch today! Divine day. We made her a little signing book so that all her guests could sign and mark the day in ink. Judy is a lover of red so I bought some beautiful red paper and made this for her.

A slight delay! - Thanks Kids!

Well due to most of my time being spent with our sick son W, I have had to put the machine away. However, things are on the improve and looks like it can come out again!

So off to Spotlight tomorrow to get some snaps as I have decided the shoulders on the overalls will be dont with snaps instead of buttons.

So we should have a finished product tomorrow! Cant wait!

FULL BLOOM!!!

Well I am at it again! This time using a beautiful funky flower print cotton! Overalls it will be! Simple and classic, button hole opening's on the shoulders.

I have traced and cut the pattern, the sewing to begin!

ITS FINISHED! - Summer Bliss

Well the kids went down for their nap,

the sewing machine came out!

No laughing!!! I mean it!

I am very happy. Had a little mishap under

the arm but fixed it all up!

I cant wait for my little girl to wake up so I can try it on her.

SUMMER BLISS!!

A beautiful summer cotton, to be tailored into a little summer dress.

The cotton is divine, light weight and flowy.

The dress will be simple yet sweet!!

The pattern has been traced, and pinned. The pieces have been cut!

Tomorrow will be sewing day!
